Refund policy

1. Overview

At FlexiFriends3D we take pride in crafting unique, hand-built products. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, but because each item is made to order, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Note: Nothing in this policy affects any non‑waivable consumer rights under applicable federal or state law (e.g., implied warranties under the Uniform Commercial Code or state lemon laws).

2. Shipping Damage & Returns Eligibility

  • Carrier Liability for Shipping Damage
    Once your order leaves our facility, risk of loss or damage transfers to the shipping carrier. FlexiFriends3D is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit.

  • Optional Shipping Insurance
    Customers may purchase additional shipping insurance at checkout or separately to cover potential in‑transit loss or damage.

  • How to File a Shipping Damage Claim

    1. Inspect on arrival. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.

    2. Save all packaging. Keep the box, cushioning, and damaged item(s) as evidence.

    3. Contact the carrier directly (USPS/UPS/FedEx/etc.) within their specified claim period and follow their instructions for filing.

  • Manufacturer Defects
    If an item is faulty due to materials or workmanship (not caused by shipping):

    1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery (the claim period begins on the date delivered, excluding weekends and federal holidays) with your order number and photos of the defect.

    2. Ship the original item back to us at your expense.

    3. We reserve the right to inspect returned items for signs of misuse or unauthorized modifications before approving a replacement.

    4. Once approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse
    Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • Non-returnable Items

    • Clearance or “Final Sale” products

    • Gift cards

    • Downloadable or digital products

    • Custom colors or custom 3D prints

3. How to request a return

  1. Email support@flexifriends3d.com with your order number, photos of the defect (if applicable), and a brief description.

  2. We’ll respond within 5 business days with next steps.

  3. If approved, ship the item back in its original packaging within 7 days of approval. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  4. We do not offer store credit. Once we receive your returned product, we will refund the product price minus shipping fees and taxes.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimer: Except to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlexiFriends3D disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

  • Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the total purchase price paid for the product in question.

  • Severability: If any provision of this policy is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  • Entire Agreement & Amendments: This policy constitutes the entire agreement relating to returns and replacements. FlexiFriends3D may update or amend this policy at any time by posting the revised version on our website; updates take effect upon posting.

5. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Informal Negotiation: Please contact us first to resolve any issue informally.

  • Arbitration: If we cannot resolve a dispute, you and FlexiFriends3D agree to binding arbitration in Salt Lake City, Utah, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

  • Class-Action and Consolidation Waiver: You and FlexiFriends3D agree that any arbitration or court proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only, and neither you nor we will seek to consolidate or join the claims of others.

  • Arbitration Opt‑Out: To opt out of arbitration, send written notice to support@flexifriends3d.com or P.O. Box 42, Salem, Utah 84653 within 30 days of delivery.

  • Notice: Formal legal notices may be served to P.O. Box 42, Salem, Utah 84653, via registered mail.

  • Governing Law: This policy and any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws principles.
