Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM Mountain Time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Flat-Rate Shipping (U.S. only):

    • $7.60 for orders with a cart subtotal under $25.00 (after discounts, before taxes).

    • Free for orders with a cart subtotal of $25.00 or more.

  • If carrier-calculated rates are enabled at checkout, those rates will display; otherwise, flat-rate applies.

3. Delivery Estimates & Delays

  • Transit times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • We are not liable for late deliveries or packages delayed in transit.

4. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier. Once a package leaves our facility, you assume responsibility for loss, theft, or damage in transit.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages & Limitation of Liability

  • Inspect your shipment upon arrival.

  • You must file all loss or damage claims directly with the carrier within their required time frame.

  • After the carrier’s final determination, contact us with the claim reference number to arrange any replacement or refund.

  • Our entire liability for any shipping-related claim (including delays, loss, or damage) shall not exceed the shipping fees paid by you for the order in question. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility.

6. Force Majeure

  • We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, wars, terrorism, riots, civil commotion, strikes, labor disputes, government orders or restrictions, shortages of materials, or severe weather.

7. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship only to street addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

  • Any dispute arising under this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.

9. State-Law Compliance

  • This policy is intended to comply with all applicable federal and state consumer protection laws. Where a state’s law imposes non-waivable rights or specific notice requirements, those terms will govern to the extent required by law.

10. Amendment & Effective Date

  • Effective Date: May 30, 2025.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time; any changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
