Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
FlexiFriends3D ships orders twice per week.
Our current shipping schedule is:
- Orders received on or before Tuesday at 12:00 PM Mountain Time will generally ship on Wednesday
- Orders received after Tuesday at 12:00 PM Mountain Time through Friday at 11:59 PM Mountain Time will generally ship on Saturday
We do not process or ship orders on Sunday.
Orders placed on Saturday after shipment has already been completed, or on Sunday, will be processed with the next shipping cycle.
Shipping dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If we are unable to ship within the expected shipping window, we may contact you with an updated estimated ship date and available options, as required by applicable law.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship only within the United States.
Standard Shipping (U.S. only):
- $7.60 flat-rate shipping for orders with a cart subtotal under $25.00 (after discounts, before taxes)
- Free standard shipping for orders with a cart subtotal of $25.00 or more (after discounts, before taxes)
If carrier-calculated shipping rates are enabled at checkout, those rates will apply instead of flat-rate shipping.
Estimated Transit Time:
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after shipment, but transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Delivery Estimates & Delays
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only. Transit times begin after the order is shipped, not when the order is placed.
Actual delivery may be delayed due to carrier delays, weather, peak shipping periods, service interruptions, or other events beyond our control.
FlexiFriends3D is not responsible for delays that occur after an order has been accepted by the carrier.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, misdelivered, returned, or lost due to an address that was entered incorrectly, incompletely, or in a format not accepted by the carrier.
If you need to request an address correction, contact us immediately at support@flexifriends3d.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been placed.
5. Returned, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to any of the following:
- incorrect or incomplete address
- invalid address
- undeliverable address
- refused delivery
- unclaimed package
- failure to retrieve or accept delivery
then the order will be treated as a non-defective returned order.
In that event, the customer may choose one of the following, subject to applicable law:
Option A – Reshipment
We may reship the order only after:
- the customer confirms a valid and complete shipping address, and
- the customer pays a new shipping charge for the reshipment.
Any original shipping charge is non-refundable.
Option B – Refund (less restocking fee)
If the customer does not wish to have the order reshipped, we may issue a refund of the product purchase price only, less a 10% restocking fee.
The following are not refundable:
- original shipping charges
- carrier fees
- return-to-sender charges
- package intercept fees
- payment processing fees, if non-refundable to us
- taxes to the extent already remitted and not recoverable, subject to applicable law
If a returned package is received by us in damaged, opened, used, altered, incomplete, or unsellable condition, we may reduce the refund further or deny the refund to the extent permitted by law.
If a package is abandoned, destroyed, or disposed of by the carrier before being returned to us, no refund or replacement is owed unless required by law.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages in Transit
Once an order is accepted by the carrier, the carrier is responsible for transportation and delivery.
If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit:
- the customer must notify the carrier and file any claim directly with the carrier within the carrier’s required time period
- the customer must retain all packaging and supporting documentation for the claim
- FlexiFriends3D may, at its sole discretion, choose to assist with claim documentation, but is not obligated to do so
Any replacement, refund, or other accommodation by FlexiFriends3D for carrier-related loss, theft, or damage is made solely at our discretion and does not create an ongoing obligation.
7. Risk of Loss
Except where prohibited by law, risk of loss for properly packed and correctly addressed shipments transfers to the customer when the order is delivered to the carrier for shipment.
However, if we ship to an address that differs from the address submitted at checkout due to our own error, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.
8. Shipping Destinations
We ship only to street addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, unless otherwise stated.
We do not currently ship to:
- P.O. boxes
- U.S. territories
- APO/FPO addresses
- international destinations
9. Force Majeure
FlexiFriends3D is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, carrier service interruptions, material shortages, governmental actions, war, terrorism, cyber incidents, or other force majeure events.
10. Right to Refuse Service
FlexiFriends3D reserves the right to refuse service, refuse or cancel orders, limit quantities, restrict access to services, or decline to do business with any person or entity, at any time and for any lawful reason permitted under applicable United States law. This includes, without limitation, suspected fraud, abuse, harassment, policy violations, misuse of services, payment disputes, inaccurate account or shipping information, resale activity, or other conduct that we determine may expose FlexiFriends3D to risk, liability, or loss. Any exercise of this right will be subject to applicable law and any non-waivable consumer protections.
11. Policy Changes
FlexiFriends3D reserves the right to modify, update, revise, suspend, or discontinue this policy, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, in its sole discretion, without prior notice, except where notice is required by applicable law. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting the updated version on our website, unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of our website or purchase of products after any updated policy is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
